Mr. Poteet is experienced in providing hospital appraisal review and hospital appraisal services on behalf of the Federal Government — U.S. Office of Insured Healthcare Facilities (HUD). He has advised other government entities (property taxation authorities) as to the impact of Federal government policy on hospital operating margins on a National, regional, state and local basis.
